Welcome To Our Resource Hub
At Southwest Resources, we offer access to a diverse array of the world’s most essential natural materials — gold, sand, gravel, coal, natural gas, fly ash, and critical and rare earth minerals.
Our critical mineral and rare earth element holdings have been thoroughly evaluated through extensive geological and economic reports, placing their estimated value at over one trillion U.S. dollars.
Whether you're seeking reliable supply, large-scale project support, or long-term resource partnerships, Southwest Resources delivers proven assets and unmatched capability.
Our Resources
-
Southwest Resources has access to over 95 million tons of metallurgical and thermal coal, with the ability to custom blend to meet your exact specifications — whether you're sourcing thermal-grade coal for energy production or high-quality metallurgical coal for steelmaking.
Our coal operations span 15,000+ acres, supported by seven upgraded coal washing plants with a combined production capacity of approximately 5 million tons annually. In addition, we’re actively acquiring over 6,000 acres with 144 natural gas drilling wells, and have secured procurement of over 215 million tons of metallurgical coal reserves — ensuring a stable, 50-year supply to meet long-term, high-volume demand.
-
Southwest Resources is actively expanding its footprint in the natural gas sector with access to over 6,000 acres of producing gas wells, and plans underway to manage up to 1,200 operational wells. Our strategic positioning and scale allow us to support high-volume energy demands with reliable, efficient output.
With a focus on long-term production and responsible resource management, we are committed to delivering consistent supply while minimizing environmental impact — helping to power industries, utilities, and infrastructure with cleaner-burning energy.
-
Southwest Resources delivers a reliable, high-volume supply of premium sand tailored to the needs of industrial, energy, and infrastructure applications. Our operations currently include white silica sand, fracking sand, and construction-grade sand, with the logistical capacity to meet large-scale project demands across diverse sectors.
We currently control access to over 2.3 million cubic yards of high-purity white silica sand — valued for its ultra-clean composition, consistent grain size, and natural brightness. This material is highly sought after in specialty construction, commercial export markets, glass manufacturing, filtration systems, and foundry use.
-
Southwest Resources offers safe, compliant, and cost-effective solutions for the remediation of fly ash and coal ash ponds, managing projects from initial assessment through to closure. Our experienced team oversees the removal, stabilization, and environmentally responsible conversion of coal combustion residuals (CCR) — ensuring regulatory alignment and long-term site integrity.
Fly Ash Recovery & Resource Conversion
Our reclamation ponds hold substantial volumes of legacy fly ash — now recognized as a valuable secondary resource enriched with rare earth elements (REEs), critical minerals, and pozzolanic materials suitable for cement and soil applications.Integrated Processing Capabilities:
Advanced treatment options including acid leaching, ion exchange, and plasma separation
Extraction of rare earth concentrates and critical mineral byproducts
Conversion of residuals into low-carbon concrete, lightweight aggregates, and geopolymers for sustainable reuse
Southwest Resources is actively driving innovation in ash remediation — turning legacy waste into strategic material assets.
-
Southwest Resources holds significant reserves of critical and rare earth minerals, essential to powering advanced technologies across sectors such as renewable energy, electronics, aerospace, and defense. Our mineral portfolio has been extensively evaluated, with geological and economic reports estimating a combined asset value exceeding one trillion U.S. dollars.
We are actively developing the infrastructure needed to support extraction, processing, and long-term supply of these strategically vital materials — including a $200 million critical mineral processing plant, set to become the largest of its kind ever built on the Eastern Seaboard. This positions Southwest Resources as a key contributor to both domestic and global supply chains.
-
Our mineral recovery system includes isolating minerals and critical metals from various types of overburden and carbon to make each product viable as a stand alone value added mineral.
We believe that our beneficiation process will be the key to critical mineral separation and environmentally safe extraction. Our proprietary process may allow up to 90% utilization of the minerals throughout various types of feedstock for multiple applications and virtually 100% closed loop water capture with a re-circulation process that has tremendous economic and environmental benefits.
